I hope the prices below will serve as a good guideline; smaller orders (under $50) will have a small handling fee included in the cost to cover shipping supplies.
Domestic:
A minimum of $12 and a maximum of $25. A safe assumption for the average order is $15.
USA:
There are two options for this; both have an approximate two week delivery time.
Small packet air: $10-$15. This service is good for packages weighing less than 1kg, which equates to 3-4 HO scale cars or 7-8 N scale cars. The downside to this service is that it has a maximum of $100 insurance and no tracking. Clearly reliability is high otherwise nobody would use it. Please understand though that I will accept no responsibility beyond the $100 insured value.
Expedited parcel: $17-30. Most orders will be under $20; the higher value and/or heavier orders will have a cost over $20. This service has a $1000 maximum insured value and tracking.
International:
There are two options for this; both have an approximate two week delivery time:
Small packet air: $10-55. This service is good for packages weighing less than 2kg. A good approximation for cost is noted below but it is determined by weight, which varies slightly between cars.

Express post: This is substantially more than small packet air but is faster. It also has tracking. Pricing varies widely and is best priced on a case-by-case basis.
Some examples as guidelines:
- One brass locomotive with $800 insurance and just under a 1kg weight. Shipping was $77
- 20 HO freight cars weighing over 2kg $125
- 18 N scale freight cars $53
Taxes:
Residents of Canada will be assessed GST or HST where applicable. Residents of Manitoba will have PST added.
Anything shipped outside of Canada will not be assessed any taxes.
